All Accredited personnel must register their attendance to the event. It is important this is completed at least 7 days before the event starts to ensure your accreditation pass will scan at the gate. To avoid any issues with pass scanning and entry this process must be completed.

- Click ACCREDITATION > Event Attendance in the top navigation menu.
- The EVENT ATTENDANCE LIST page is displayed.
- Click on the event to view the event from the list.
- The EVENT ATTENDANCE page is displayed.
- Click ADD.
- The LOOKUP RECORDS dialog is displayed.
- Select the personnel attending the event.
- Click ADD.
