All Accredited personnel must register their attendance to the event. It is important this is completed at least 7 days before the event starts to ensure your accreditation pass will scan at the gate. To avoid any issues with pass scanning and entry this process must be completed.
  • The EVENT ATTENDANCE LIST page is displayed.
  • Click on the event to view the event from the list.
  • The EVENT ATTENDANCE page is displayed.
  • Click ADD.
  • The LOOKUP RECORDS dialog is displayed.
  • Select the personnel attending the event.
  • Click ADD.
The selected personnel are successfully added to the event.
