The Operations role is used for personnel who have been accredited to a Supercars event and are the designated person within a Supercars Championship race team who can complete operational functions.

- Update their team information including Cars, Teams, Drivers
- Apply for accreditation passes for all personnel within their organisation
- Complete event attendance registrations for all personnel within their organisation
- Complete forms for the following, Event entry, Test days, order test tyres
- Review publicly available technical information including Technical Directives, Operations Manual, Variations and Regulations
- Review technical information including Technical Reports and Logbooks
