Note: As an Accreditation Point of Contact you can follow the same process using the edit function for each of the personnel within your account.
To complete your profile you need to upload a photo which meets the following requirements. This photo will be used for your accreditation pass.

To complete your profile you need to upload a photo which meets the following requirements. This photo will be used for your accreditation pass.
- JPEG format ONLY
- File must be at least 300KB in size
- Cropped for headshot (passport style)
- No sunglasses or hats
- Full colour (not black and white)
- Plain white or light grey background
- Clear, focused image with no marks or "red eye"
- Face looking directly at the camera and not tilted in any direction.
- NAME > My Profile
- Click the photo area indicated by the yellow dot in the above image
- Click choose photo in the UPLOAD PROFILE PICTURE dialog box
- Select the file you wish to use from your computer, ensuring the photo meets the requirements above
- Click the UPLOAD button
