The Drivers area of the portal allows you to add and manage drivers. You can review and update the drivers associated with your account. Note: Any driver who drives for your team should be added e.g., primary, additional, wildcard and test day drivers.
- Click MY ACCOUNT > Drivers in the top navigation menu.
- The DRIVERS page is displayed.
- Click ADD DRIVER.
- The NEW DRIVER page is displayed.
- Update the displayed fields. Refer to the table below for field values and descriptions:
- Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory/required fields.
- Click Choose File to upload the license copy or any other documents specific to the driver.
- The Open dialog is displayed.
- Select the required file and click Open.
- The selected file is uploaded.
- Click SUBMIT.

| ASN Licence Expiry | ASN licence expiry date can be selected from the calendar |
| Do you hold a Super Licence? | Specify whether the driver holds the super licence. |
| Super Licence Number | Super Licence Number of the driver |

| Car Club Name | Name of the Car Club. Note that only Motorsport Australia ASN holders need to complete this field. All other use ASNs type NA. |

| Do you hold a Medical Clearance? | Specify whether the driver holds a medical clearance. If your ASN is Motorsport Australia, tick Not Applicable. All other ASNs, tick Yes and upload a copy of the same |
| Medical Clearance Expiry | If MA- this is the expiry date of Super Licence. If other - this is expiry date of medical clearance |
| Do you hold an International Visa? | Specify whether the driver holds an international visa |
