Indemnity and Waiver Declaration- the Indemnity and Waiver must be actioned prior to applying for your accreditation pass.
You can also submit a photo for your pass by clicking on the round photo image to the left. Once all changes have been made, please click
SUBMIT at the bottom of this page.
Drivers Only: If you are a Driver, there will be an additional declaration that must be agreed to before an accreditation pass will be processed. This declaration relates to your agreement to meet the requirements of the Division B. Drivers Code of Conduct.

Supercars may not be able to grant such accreditation if it does not collect such personal information.
By completing this application, you expressly consent to Supercars collecting, storing, using and disclosing your personal information for the purposes stated in this statement and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Supercars’ Privacy Policy also details how you can access or correct your personal information and details Supercar’s process for handling privacy related complaints. Supercars’ may update its Privacy Policy from time to time without notice to you.
